Book a session.

The next step.

For those who are new to R42, read on. If you have already completed the Alignment Session, skip to the booking options below.

You don't have to arrive here with absolute certainty. What matters is that you've chosen change rather than stay where you are. This page lays out what the next step looks like, what to realistically expect and how to book.

If you are ready for an honest, direct conversation and willing to engage fully, you are in the right place.

How we begin.

We start with a single conversation — 30 to 60 minutes on Zoom. No preparation is needed. The Alignment Session is free of charge.

The aim is simple: to assess fit and to determine whether I can genuinely help. You should leave the call with a clearer understanding of your current situation and what a path forward could look like.

Within 48 hours you will receive a written reflection — not a transcript or recap, but a concise record of what stood out: patterns, assumptions, contradictions and questions to keep in focus. We then either continue or you decide to take the insights and leave more oriented than when you arrived.

Please note: This work is not psychotherapy and is not intended to treat diagnosed mental health conditions or provide medical care.

Realistic expectations.

These are common changes people notice over time — not promises. See them as reference points, depending on your situation, your pace and sustained attention.

After the Alignment Session

  • Immediate Release: The unburdening effect of verbalizing the tension as you currently experience it.
  • Cognitive Spark: A sudden, novel angle on a long-held problem that disrupts automatic thinking.
  • Agency: Taking a structured step forward breaks paralysis and restores momentum.

After 4–8 Weeks of Work

  • Core Questions: Precise questions begin to challenge the assumptions you treat as facts.
  • Clarity of Thought: Conflicting priorities and values get sorted, and the mental fog begins to clear.
  • Pattern Interruption: You catch old habits as they play out and choose a different, considered response.
  • Realignment: You start evaluating roles, relationships and direction against what you truly value — and adjust accordingly.

After Several Months and Beyond

  • Intentional Design: You shift from reacting to shaping structures, relationships and projects that are challenging, meaningful and absorbing.
  • Integrity: Decisions are filtered through a clear, self-defined value system, leading to a life that feels more "right."
  • Wisdom & Integration: Past and recurring contradictions and setbacks are integrated into a more coherent life narrative of growth and learning.
